Cartridge filter:

The principle of pulse blowback cleaning is that the ejected high-pressure air quickly enters the inner surface of the filter cartridge, causing the filter cartridge to expand rapidly, causing a shock and vibration, so that the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter cartridge is shaken off into the dust collection box.

The main electronic control components adopt international famous brands: Schneider, the turbine motor realizes independent control of the electric box, built-in thermal overload protection, phase loss, reverse phase sequence protection, the control panel is simple and elegant, and can easily realize remote control, linkage control and other functions .

The negative pressure gauge is the original standard configuration of the whole, and the area where the pointer points to the red indicates that the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Drawer dust box, simple, practical and convenient:

The dust collecting box adopts a drawer structure. When the dust is full, open the door and the dust collecting box can be pulled out. Clean up the dust, and then send the dust box into it, which is simple, convenient and fast.

Casters:

The industrial mobile casters are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), which can carry 150KG each. The wheel surface is designed with texture to enhance the protection performance. The fixed foot bracket can use 2.5mm pickling plate to increase the reinforcing ribs, and the installation size can be fixed according to the needs.
